Evenings at PARI

Each month PARI welcomes visitors to our campus for an Evening at PARI. The programs are scheduled the second Friday of each month and feature campus tours, lectures and nighttime observations.



Evenings at PARI are scheduled the second Friday of each month

Reservations are required and can be made until 3pm the day of the event. Costs are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, military personnel. Children aged 10 and under are free.

Mike Mentzel will provide the details and development history of the successor to the Hubble Space Telescope, as part of the NC Science Festival.

Itinerary
Each evening consists of a short presentation covering relevant or current topics in astronomy or other sciences, a PARI campus tour and an observing session using PARI telescopes.
