March 14, 2011 - Kaluga Russia Friendship Force Club

PARI hosted a visit by 22 Russian ambassadors from the Kaluga Friendship Force Club on Monday, March 14, 2011. They were brought to PARI by the Friendship Force Club of Western North Carolina. Kaluga, Russia is the home of the Konstantin E. Tsiolkovsky State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics.
