Atmospheric Science Instruments Arrive at PARI
On Thursday, November 13, 2008, Dr. Russell Philbrick's atmospheric science measurement instruments arrived at PARI from Pennsylvania. Dr. Philbrick, who is moving from Penn State to NCSU to conduct his research is planning to use PARI as his primary site for measurement.
