I used the Lick Observatory Twin Astrograph in a colloborative project with John Stein (Allegheny Observatory) from 1999-2001.  We were part of a project with the Jet Propulsion Lab to develop accurate astrometric measurements of interplanetary spacecraft.  The Twin Astrograph was used for the observatrions.

Lick Observatory is operated by the University of California, and is located on Mt Hamilton near Santa Cruz, CA.
