Bob Hayward presented a paper called "Sensing the Radio Universe" at the 2005 Southeastern Planetarium Association Conference in Atlanta, GA June 14-18, 2005. Dr. Bob's presentation described the radio sky cylinder developed by undergraduates and mentors at PARI through the Internships in Public Science Education Program of the National Science Foundation.
