Space Science Lab Application, 2011-12
To be eligible to participate in the PARI Space Science Lab, you must be a high school student and in good academic standing.
Each applicant must submit:
- A Student Application Form completed online.
- An essay (500 words) included in the online system.
- A Parent Consent Form (pdf), and Visitor Policy Receipt Form completed and mailed to the address below.
- One letter of recommendation from a teacher. This can be emailed to cwhitworth@pari.edu or mailed to:

The Parent Consent Form (pdf) and Visitor Policy Receipt must be mailed in and a letter of recommendation submitted by a teacher preferrably by email to Christi Whitworth, cwhitworth@pari.edu.
All materials in support of your application must be completed by 15 June 2011.
