Space Science Lab Application, 2011-12
To be eligible to participate in the PARI Space Science Lab, you must be a high school student and in good academic standing.
Each applicant must submit:
- A Student Application Form, completed, legibly printed or typed, or completed online.
- An essay (500 words) included in the online system.
- A Parent Consent Form (pdf), completed and mailed to the address below.
- One letter of recommendation from a teacher. This can be emailed to cwhitworth@pari.edu or mailed to:

The above forms may be printed and mailed to the address above or students may complete the online form below.
In either case, the Parent Consent Form (pdf) must be mailed in and a letter of recommendation submitted by a teacher preferrably by email to Christi Whitworth, cwhitworth@pari.edu.
All materials in support of your application must be completed by 13 May 2011.
