Space Science Lab Application, 2008-09

To be eligible to participate in the PARI Space Science Lab, you must be a high school student and in good academic standing. The 2008 PARI Space Science Lab program begins with an orientation in late May with the date to be announced after all applications have been received.

Each applicant must submit:

A Student Application Form, completed, legibly printed or typed.
An essay (500 words).
A Parent Consent Form (pdf), completed and mailed to the address below.
One letter of recommendation from a teacher. This can be emailed to cwhitworth@pari.edu or mailed to:

The above forms may be printed and mailed to the address above or students may complete the online form below.
In either case, the Parent Consent Form (pdf) must be mailed in and a letter of recommendation submitted by a teacher.
