SPACE Observatory

The Space Observatory is an internet controlled remote optical imaging facility available to members of the Friends of PARI at the "Advisor level". The Space Observatory is located on the optical ridge of the Pisgah Astronomical Research Institute.

This is a view of the SPACE Observatory. When the telescope is covered you see a striped pattern - this is one side of the cover. When the telescope is uncovered, you see the telescope mount. The telescope mount is monitored by the PARI Staff.
