| An NC1600 Network/IP camera images the Sun through the PARI 12.7 cm Solar Telescope with a white light solar filter to see sunspots. South is at the top and West is to the left. |
A video camera images the Sun through the PARI Coronado Solarmax 40 Solar Telescope. The Coronado Solarmax 40 has a hydrogen alpha filter with a bandwidth of 0.7 Angstroms to see solar flares. South is at the top, and East is to the left. Note: east is to the left because of an additional reflection on a 90 degree mirror in this telescope. |

When the telescopes and cameras are active then solar images will be displayed. Archived images, or blank images, will be displayed during cloudy weather.
