Whether you come for a day or spend the entire weekend, attend by yourself or bring your crew, we have options

Lodging Descriptions

Camping

Several locations on the PARI site are set aside for tent camping. They are level areas where grass is kept mowed. Our pond-side camp sites are centrally located, have access to a fire pit, and are adjacent to indoor restroom facilities. Our ridge top camping sites are on the north side of campus and further from the central campus. They do not have a fire pit nearby and are further from indoor restroom facilities.

PARI also has several parking areas where a camper or RV can park. But, there are no power, water, or waste hookups for these vehicles.

Dorms

Our dormitory buildings are best for those who want to immerse themselves in the community of the star party. Dorm rooms have bunk beds and sleep from 4 to 8 people, you must bring your own sheets, pillows, and towels. If you are part of a group we will attempt to put all members of your group together in the same room and dedicate that room to your group if possible, but dorm rooms may be shared with people not in your party. Restrooms and shower rooms are shared between all people staying in the same dorm building.

Cabins

Our cabins provide lodging that is comfortable, private, and full of amenities. Your party will have their own private room and bathroom in one of our spacious and well appointed cabins. Most cabin rooms have a combination of queen sized beds and twin sized bunk beds and all are individually climate controlled. Some rooms can sleep up to eight people, we’ll put you in a room sized appropriately for your party. Cabin rooms have sheets and towels provided and each have a mini-fridge, microwave, and keurig-style coffee maker. Read more about the cabins here.

Ticket Options

Weekend Camping Pass

This pass covers attendance for one person for the entire weekend and provides you a camping site and meals.

Weekend Cabin Pass

This pass covers attendance for two people for the entire weekend and gives you meals and a private room for your party in our cabins. You may add additional people to your room by adding the “Cabin Additional Guest” ticket to your order for each additional person.

Cabin Additional Guest Pass

Add this pass to your order only if you have already added the “Weekend Cabin Pass”. Each Cabin Additional Guest Pass you add will allow a person to attend for the entire weekend and cover their meals. They will be able to stay in your cabin room with you.

Weekend Dorm Pass

This pass covers attendance for one person for the entire weekend and gives you meals and a shared room in the dorms. If other people you know are purchasing Dorm passes and you would prefer to share a room with them, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Friday Day Pass

This pass covers attendance for one person on Friday and includes dinner. It also allows you to the option to stay overnight in a camp site or stay as late as you want to view the sky. This does not cover attending any portion of the event on Saturday.

Saturday Day Pass

This pass covers attendance for one person on Saturday and includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday. It also allows you the option to stay overnight in a camp site or stay as late as you want to view the sky, you may join for breakfast Sunday as well. This does not cover attending any portion of the event on Friday.
