PARI hosts school trips for students of all grades and ages that deliver hands-on learning, and fit the curriculum standards of North and South Carolina. Whether you are looking for a trip focused on a specific STEM principle, or you are simply looking to provide your students with new experiences centered in the world of science, we can assemble an agenda that satisfies your needs.
PARI offers a selection of programming options focused on STEM and space sciences. Our presentation menu includes hands-on learning activities, demonstrations of STEM principles, and planetarium viewing options. Additional outdoor activities and lunch can also be arranged.
PARI’s 200+ acre campus provides plenty of outdoor space that allows for learning and fun in a natural setting. Our staff can arrange for outdoor activities that supplement your trip and give students alternative ways to enjoy science and learning.

PARI offers off-site educational and planetarium programming to schools throughout the Southeast using our AdventureDome portable planetarium. Programming choices should be selected from the Planetarium and Astronomy Live Programming Menu. Pricing is based on location and length of visit.
Choose between a half or full day of programming. You can also have more than one educator visit and have shows and activities for your students.
• Half day consists of 3-4 shows or programs
• Full day consists of 6-7 shows or programs
PARI has lodging and dining facilities on site and can you plan a visit your students will remember forever.
Add programs and activities for some hands-on learning and pair with time in our game room or a night around the campfire!
